A Russian (or “European”) manicure is a dry, cuticle-focused technique using a small electric file (e-file) to gently clean around and under the cuticle. The result is a clean, polished look with no overgrown skin — and gel polish that lasts longer because it’s applied right up to the nail wall.

With gel polish, expect 3–4 weeks before noticeable regrowth. Many clients book every 3 weeks for a consistently fresh look. Without gel, the cuticle work and shape hold for about 2 weeks.

First visits take 90–120 minutes so we can give a thorough consultation. Returning clients usually book 75–90 minutes for a full Russian manicure with gel polish. Pedicures and combo services run longer — see service descriptions for exact times.

Bare nails are easiest — but if you have gel from elsewhere, just let us know when booking. Removal is added to your appointment time and price. Please don’t pick or peel old gel before your visit — it can damage your nails.
